Change Policy
We accept exchanges within 10 days of the product delivery date.
Products must be in new, unused condition with all original tags still attached to the item.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the exchange, unless the reason for the exchange is an error on the part of Dussam or has duly proven factory defects.
Exchanges will not be accepted on products that have been damaged or altered after delivery.
If you wish to make a change please contact us through our customer service or send us an email to changes@dussam.com so we can assist you.
We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the exchange, including the shipping address.
Exchanges will be processed within 7 business days of receipt and verification of the returned product.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible to offer you an appropriate solution, Requirement to raise changes. Send an email with a photograph attached to the emailcambios@dussam.com.
Some products, such as intimate or personal hygiene products, may not be eligible for exchanges or returns for health and safety reasons.
We reserve the right to make changes to this returns policy at any time. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on our website.
